The Local Filmmakers Showcase, now in its sixth year, is to celebrate and screen the extraordinary work created in the Midwest region. This year’s program, a diverse display of Heartland talent, does just that. A special premiere screening will take place on Friday, October 9 at 7:30 p.m., with a post-party with the filmmakers immediately following. The showcase will then run for a full week at Film Streams' Ruth Sokolof Theater.
